An exciting position has arisen working for a dynamic industry leading business as a Warehouse Supervisor. This is a new opportunity for a self-motivated individual who can utilise their high level of attention to detail and proven leadership experience.

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will be able to work effectively within a fast-paced team, whilst liaising with the warehouse management team on a regular basis.

This role is a Monday – Friday role based in Bordon, with working hours of 9:00pm – 6:00pm and a 5:00pm finish Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day to day workload efficiently
  • Developing strong work relationships with all members of your team
  • Identifying and resolving issues that arise within your team
  • Liaising with the warehouse management team
  • Ensuring all members of the team are fully aware of complaint and company policies
  • Making sure the time and staff resource available is utilised as effectively as possible

 

Key Skills:

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure with high volume
  • Self-motivated to work alone and collaboratively with a team
