As the Practice Administrator you will be supporting the team with daily administrative duties, taking phone calls, assisting advisors with meeting preparations and handling client queries.
This is an ideal opportunity where you will be able to utilise your administration expertise coupled with taking ownership of your personal development.
Working within an FCA compliant environment would be beneficial but not essential.
Other day to day responsibilities;
- Inputting client information onto bespoke systems.
- Completing and issuing client forms.
- Typing confirmation/post meeting letters.
- Updating client logs.
