Working as a Resourcer for a specialist recruitment company in Farnborough, you will be ambitious, driven and enjoy working with people.

As a Resourcer, you will join a dynamic team, engaging with candidates, building relationships, and forging strong connections.

Working from home 3 days a week.

You will play a pivitol role, managing candidates through the recruitment process from application to start date.


  • Working closely with the sales team to support strategies
  • Directly liaising with our clients to fulfil their recruitment needs
  • Proactively engaging with the market to build and grow your own network
  • Seeking out skilled individuals
  • Creating and placing job adverts across specialist media and websites
  • Dealing with all candidate enquiries
  • Interviewing candidates via telephone
  • Completing reference checks and verifying applicant documents

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced office, resourcing experience beneficial
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Superb organisational, communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Enjoy working to targets and deadlines
