Working as a Resourcer for a specialist recruitment company in Farnborough, you will be ambitious, driven and enjoy working with people.
As a Resourcer, you will join a dynamic team, engaging with candidates, building relationships, and forging strong connections.
Working from home 3 days a week.
You will play a pivitol role, managing candidates through the recruitment process from application to start date.
- Working closely with the sales team to support strategies
- Directly liaising with our clients to fulfil their recruitment needs
- Proactively engaging with the market to build and grow your own network
- Seeking out skilled individuals
- Creating and placing job adverts across specialist media and websites
- Dealing with all candidate enquiries
- Interviewing candidates via telephone
- Completing reference checks and verifying applicant documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience within a fast-paced office, resourcing experience beneficial
- Excellent IT skills
- Superb organisational, communication, presentation and listening skills
- Enjoy working to targets and deadlines
