Due to expansion, an industry leading business in the centre of Woking is looking for Research Administrators who are keen to develop their career in an office-based environment with the opportunity of hybrid working.

Becoming a Research Administrator is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic result driven individual who is looking for a project and research-based role that encourages new ideas and perspectives. This is a key role and a fundamental cog in the company’s machine.

As a Research Administrator you are responsible for actively gathering information and data to create a thorough report, applying a keen eye for detail. This role will offer variety within a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using a bespoke system to input your research and compiled report
  • Resolution of user queries via telephone and email
  • Investigating any queries relating to information received
  • Amending estimated delivery dates accordingly
  • Maintaining databases
  • Assisting in large scale research projects

Essential Skills:

  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Articulate telephone manner
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
