You will form part of the Repairs team, where your varied role will include:

  • Supplier Management- building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure all repairs are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Logistics management ‚Äď managing the movement and logistics of vehicles
  • Order cancellations & returns ‚Äď relating to quality issues
  • Complaints ‚Äď ensuring customers receive a ‚Äėfirst class‚Äô service and all are complaints dealt with for the best possible outcome for both parties.
  • Understand vehicle issues by asking more technically minded questions
  • Diagnosing issue prior to agreeing repair
  • Challenge costs on repair work

The position will involve working some weekends and evenings and own transport is required due to location.

You will be working 2 weekends a month, however you will only be working 37.5 hours a week. There will be some flexibility.
