A dynamic client based in Farnborough is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Administrator who is keen to develop their career in Administration and Recruitment.

Becoming a Recruitment Administrator is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic result driven individual who is seeking a role that encourages new ideas to propel your career to the next level.

As the Recruitment Administrator, you will be working closely with their sales team to support strategies and proactively engage with different clientele. This role is a hybrid opportunity, working three days from home, offering variety within a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly liaising with clients to fulfil their recruitment needs
  • Seeking out niche skilled individuals, both job seekers and passive candidates
  • Creating and placing job adverts across specialist media and websites
  • Answering all jobseeker enquiries
  • Completing reference checks and verifying applicant documents
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process from application to start date.
