Purchasing Administrator

A fast-paced business in Alton are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team.

 

They are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, good IT skills and ability to work to deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound stock spreadsheet
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Taking incoming internal calls
  • Setting up new product and supplier information on the company ERP
  • Raising and amending purchase orders

 

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience of administration
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work to a strict deadline
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work

 

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

 

This role will be on a temporary basis for roughly 3 months however could be extended.

 

Once fully trained, there may also be the option for hybrid working.

 

Onsite parking and accessible via public transport.
