Working as a Purchase Ledger Assistant for an expanding business in Alton, you will play a pivotal role within their fast paced finance team. An ideal role if you are looking to grow your career in Finance/Accounts Payable.
You will be processing invoices and employee expenses, managing the payment process and reconciling supplier statements.
An understanding of VAT, imports and exports and a proficiency in SAP is beneficial.
- Maintaining the supplier database
- Assisting with month-end accounts
- Coding and approving invoices
- Resolving queries with suppliers and internal team members
- Inputting payments into online banking system
