As a Property Search Consultant, you will be working for a expanding business in the centre of Woking, responsible for building long term relation with local authorities in the UK.

Our client are seeking an individual with high attention to detail, who have an excellent telephone manner and enjoys data processing.

Previous office experience is not essential, full training will be provided.

Your responsibilities as a聽Property Search Consultant聽will include:

路 Operating and managing searches ordered by clients

路 Processing incoming orders

路 Liaising with suppliers and authorities daily

路 Liaising with council on searches, return dates, rejections and payments

路 Processing purchase requests

路 Dealing with requests through fax, email, post and phone

路 Dealing with payments over the phone

路 Complete basic administration tasks

路 Liaise with other departments

Essential skills:

路 Team player, with a desire to make a difference

路聽Polite聽with a great telephone manner

路 Proficient user of Microsoft Office

路 Willing to learn and develop

路 Excellent聽communication skills
