Working as an Account Director for an international and well renowned PR marketing agency in Hook, you will play a vital role within the business.

As the Account Director you will be able to demonstrate your proven PR expertise, supporting a small team of PR Account Specialists. You will be ensuring your team converts corporate aims and objectives into creative and compelling campaigns inline with client expectations.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining creative and innovative PR, content, digital and social media plans and campaigns
  • Working alongside the Client Services Director to develop existing accounts by identifying and securing upsell opportunities and managing and negotiating client renewals
  • Contributing to pitches and new business projects
  • Fully briefing your PR team on campaign targets, objectives and strategy
  • Managing, coaching and mentoring your Account Managers
  • Using your own network, maximise client coverage, advising on potential narrative, storytelling and thought leadership opportunities
  • Working with internal content creators, overseeing the creation of high quality and engaging content

Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years proven PR experience and working predominately with B2B clients
  • Experience leading and managing a team ensuring campaigns are delivered and SLAs are met
  • A proven track record of retaining and growing clients
  • Demonstrable people management skills
