First and foremost you will be supporting the MD and your role will include:
- Scheduling all external & internal meetings and appointments
- Organising all travel and flight arrangements
- Dealing with confidential business and personal matters
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring appropriate actions are processed in a timely manner
- Maintaining & creating spreadsheets to log information
- Typing & drafting correspondence
- You will also be responsible for the following :
- Obtaining quotes
- Assisting with insurance renewals
- Assisting with recruitment – drafting employment contracts band management of personnel files
- Planning in house and off site activities i.e lunches , celebrations and conferences
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and greeting visitors
