Working as an Operations Manager for a global, award winning company in Alton, you will oversee all processes and resources for the stores.
Your prime responsibilities will be to manage all processes from order input to dispatch of goods, handling and resolving complaints, actively participate in customer service improvement and manage the procurement of all company vehicles.
You will have proven experience in order processing, warehouse, distribution and logistics, SAP and health and safety.
- Ensuring all customer orders are processed efficiently
- Ensuring SAP/CRM data is updated and maintained
- Oversee the orders on procurement platforms
- Maintain company stock levels
- Plan workflow
- Manage a Logistics team
- Manage couriers both national and international
- Control logistics costs
- Acquire contract quotes
- Deal with leasing and management companies for in house fleet
- Take responsibility for all aspects of health and safety, ensuring all employees adhere to these regulations
