As the Administrator, you will be handling client enquiries, assisting the operations team with administration and log/process client payments.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Receive and handle client enquiries via telephone and email
- Liaise with third parties to ensure all information is accurate
- Compile and distribute information to clients and third parties
- Log and handle payments and special requests
- Assist with collating images for social media and e-marketing purposes
- Book travel requests for clients
- Conduct market research for the business
- Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
