Office Assistant, Hook

This is a role that will enable you to utilise your interpersonal abilities and develop administrative skills.

You will be an integral part of this growing organisation, providing support in a variety of ways.

  • Answering calls and managing requests
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Providing administrative assistance
  • Communicating with other departments
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Processing orders

You may be required to help out in the warehouse with orders as the business becomes busier.

This role is on a temporary basis, potentially up until Christmas.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

On-site parking, great hours and fantastic team. Due to the location of the role, own transport will be essential.
