An excellent opportunity to join a flourishing organisation on a mission to make a difference. Based in stunning surroundings, you will be joining the business as a Office and Facilities Manager, responsible for the upkeep of the office and rural grounds.

Hours: Full or part time flexible/school hours available

Your varied role will include:

– Maintaining the upkeep of the office; liaising with contractors and suppliers

– Ensuring all administration is up to date

– Facilities management

– Ordering office supplies

– Ensuring Health and Safety compliance throughout the office

– Meet and greet guests and visitors

Skills and experience:

– 2 years + experience working in an administrative role

– Strong attention to detail

– Excellent time management skills

– Good IT proficiency


– Full time or part time flexible/school hours available

– A positive working environment with celebratory staff away days

– 5 weeks paid holiday (pro rata to hours)
