Day to day responsibilities;
- Liaising with clients face to face and over the telephone.
- Building rapport and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Providing daily administration support to colleagues and other departments.
- Ensuring client files are maintained and kept up to date.
- Maintain developer’s schedules.
- Booking and managing diaries.
- Taking minutes in client meetings, ensuring all important client requirements are noted.
