Office Administrator, Alton

Work as part of a busy, ‘buzzy’ team in Alton, supporting with administration and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. 

If you have excellent attention to detail and enjoy being process driven this will be a great fit for you. As an administrator you will be the ‘backbone’ of this department, providing key administrative assistance.

  • Processing orders
  • Data entry
  • Working on Excel (previous VLOOKUP experience would be advantageous)
  • Capturing and updating information
  • Supporting the customer service team occasionally
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve any queries
  • General other administration support
