A new role has arisen working thriving company in Farnham. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance in abroad. You will be able to utilise your fluency in languages as well as your passion for customer service. You will be working alongside a friendly and dynamic team, liaising with customers over the phone on a daily basis.
You key responsibilities will include;
• Ensuring the utmost customer care and service levels are achieved at all times
• Liaising with customers via telephone and email
• Communicating effectively with clients, patients, families and suppliers
• Ensuring all paper files contain the required paperwork and all forms are correctly completed
This is a night shift role, working four on four off – hours are 8.30pm-7am. You may be required to work weekends and bank holidays.
