Working as the HR and Office Assistant for an international company in Alton you will be first port of call for all queries relating to the premises, company fleet, HR and travel arrangements.
You will ensure the smooth running of the office, administer bookings for meeting rooms and support the facilitation of internal repairs/maintenance.
You will also play a critical role within the HR department, updating the HR databases, collating monthly payroll information, facilitating recruitment and preparing contracts, approval forms and offer letters.
