An exciting new Administrative opportunity has arisen in an reputable company based in Alton.
You will be an integral part of this well-established organisation, taking on more responsibility as the role develops.
With a range of administrative duties to undertake, your day to day tasks will include:
– Answering telephone and dealing with non- advice queries according to experience; scanning and filing documents electronically.
– Undertaking any administration or customer service tasks assigned, mainly centred around annual reviews for existing clients and processing of applications for new clients.
-Ensuring timely delivery of accurate valuation reports.
-Maintaining an up to date work flow and managing annual reviews for advisors.
It would be advantageous if candidates have passed the professional CII exams or comes from a financial background.
Full time, Monday to Friday.
