- Sending letters to authority providers
- Arranging fund reviews and writing reports
- Preparing reports to send to clients
- Liaising with clients, accountants, solicitors and suppliers on a daily basis via telephone and email
- Ensuring clients and advisers are kept up to date with the progress of their investments
- Handling client requests – withdrawals, changing of details or requests for information
- Booking client meetings and preparing packs for advisers
