Work as an Export Administrator for an exciting business in Farnham. You will be working as an Export Administrator where you will be supporting the export of VAT administration.
Our client are seeking an individual with excellent attention to detail, able to work on their own initiative and have an excellent telephone manner.
You will be working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, initially for training in the office but predominantly remote.
As an Export Administrator you will be:
- Dealing with customer queries regarding the export process
- Ensuring all back log of claims are attended too
- Liaising with customers on a day to day basis
- Completing forms in Excel
- Reviewing documentation of export claims
- Monitoring the commercial inbox
- Analysis of data on an ad-hoc basis
- Self-billing administration
This will be on a 12 month contract, with the opportunity to become permanent.
