An exciting administration opportunity has arisen working for a global insurance company in Farnborough.
This is a 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent.
Working as a Document Administrator, you will be working closely with teams worldwide to ensure customer documentation is efficiently delivered to the business. You will be creating draft documents, sending emails and running conference calls to ensure that the updates you’re making align with business needs.
A typical day as an administrator:
- Preparing and reviewing documents.
- Producing weekly reports.
- Responding to enquiries via telephone and email.
- Working on a variety of projects with deadlines.
