An exciting role has arisen working for an expanding company based in Camberley. As a Data Administrator, you will be process driven, possess strong Excel skills, and enjoy administration.

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all records are kept up to date and processed efficiently. You will be analysing data, reporting on trends, and working closely with third party suppliers. Following a successful training period, there is the potential opportunity for hybrid working.

You will be:

  • Inputting and managing information onto the database and processing purchase invoices
  • Analysing data to flag up potential risks
  • Review, develop and present reports on trends, such as policy approvals, and mileage risks
  • Working closely with suppliers
  • Liaising with colleagues and other departments
  • Administering Fuel Cards requesting replacement, cancellations, and processing to drivers

You will have:

  • Excellent Excel skills – including VLOOKUPS and formulas
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Able to keep a level head when dealing with escalated queries
  • Have the confidence to interact with people of all levels across the business
  • Have a problem-solving attitude and keenness to develop new processes
  • A strong ability to work autonomously

Due to location, own transport is required for this role. Please be aware that this role will be relocating from Farnham to Hook within the coming months. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm. The salary for this role is £23,000pa.
