A successful and growing company are seeking talented and driven individuals to join their Sales/Customer Support team due to increased growth within the business.

You will be joining the business at a crucial and exciting time. This is a unique job opportunity, focussed on looking after customers, ensuring they receive a first class service from beginning to end of their journey with the company . You will use your organisational and good administrative skills , ensuring all relevant and necessary paperwork is completed. Training will be given plus all the support you need to carry out your role to the best of your ability.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times. Ensuring all queries are answered quickly and efficiently.

You will be assisting with the ‘aftersales’ element- ensuring all issues/queries are resolved in a timely and positive fashion.

The position will involve working some weekends and evenings and own transport is required due to location.

Please note this position will require working x2 weekends a month, however you will only be working 37.5 hours a week.
