You will be the first port of call for customers, booking appointments and handling customer queries via telephone and email.
Other daily responsibilities:
- Following up on all customer interactions.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Promoting other services within the company when liaising with customers.
- Providing pricing information.
