A family run business in the heart of Marlow are looking for a vibrant Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of a lively, modern practice where no two days are the same. In this vital role, you will be the first port of call for all customers, providing the highest possible standard of customer service and care. To succeed as Customer Service Assistant, you will be friendly, personable and an excellent communicator who is able to prioritise tasks and manage their own time with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking, confirming, and managing appointments in a busy diary
  • Greeting customers on arrival, and performing a pre-test screen
  • Accurately collecting and recording customer data in line with company policies and current GDPR legislation
  • Processing orders and payments
  • Promptly and efficiently dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Providing assistance on the shop floor, including offering style advice and promoting other products and services
  • Carrying out minor repairs and adjustments
  • Ensuring that all customer-facing areas of the practice are kept clean, tidy, and organised
  • Ensuring that all administrative tasks including record keeping and filing are completed promptly and accurately
