An exciting opportunity has arisen working as a Customer Service Advisor for an established company in Farnham.

As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responding to customer queries via telephone and email, booking appointments and meetings, conducting follow up calls with customers and assisting on bespoke projects.

Other daily responsibilities;

  • Providing pricing information to customers
  • Calling pre-existing customers
  • Booking appointments
  • Recording details from customer queries
  • Ensuring the database is kept up to date
  • Liaising with other departments across the business
