Working for an international company near Farnborough, you will play a pivotal role within the business as a Customer Service Administrator.
Due to location, own transport is required.
You will be responsible for updating the in-house system, processing applications, opening new client accounts and delivering excellent customer service at all times via telephone and email.
- Handling customer queries by telephone and email
- Processing vehicle requests, checking that the correct documentation has been received, liaising with dealerships and updating customers on the status of their applications
- Chasing stipulations on pending applications and liaising with other internal departments
- Preparing draft contractual documentation from templates
