Working for a global and successful organisation you will be utilising your great customer service skills in a fast moving environment. If you have some customer service experience from retail or hospitality this will enable you to embrace new skills in an office based environment.

Monday- Friday- no weekends. Weekly pay- earn money up until Christmas, this role also has the potential to be extended.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be assisting with the following:

  • Liaising with customers via emails and post
  • Managing queries and complaints and escalating as appropriate according to complaints procedure
  • Working closely with the finance department and ensuring all customer data is in accordance with FCA regulations
  • General administration as and when required

On site parking and accessible via public transport too. The hourly rate is £9.49p/h + holiday pay= £10.64 inclusive.

If you have had a recent DBS check, this would be very beneficial.
