Working as a Customer Service Administrator for an expanding business in Basingstoke, you will be a vital component within the department.
This is an ideal opportunity if you have experience in banking, financial services or accounts.
You will be monitoring clients hardware and producing reports on activity/status on a daily basis.
• Liaising with clients on a daily basis via telephone and email
• Producing reports on activity status’
• Maintaining company logs and databases
• Completing bespoke reports for the MD
• Accurate analysis and submission of client reports
• Raising supplier invoices
• Liaising with field engineers regarding hardware issues
