This is an exciting opportunity working as a Customer Service Administrator for an innovative company in Alton.

Your prime responsibility will be to support and process claims and liaising with customers on a daily basis, ensuring good customer service is delivered at all times. You will be able to showcase your multi-tasking skills coupled with your ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Answering and handling calls from customers and third parties
  • Identifying and responding to customer needs
  • Processing claims, updating databases and using internal systems
  • Providing strong administrative support and problem solving
  • Working closely with other departments regarding invoicing and billing
  • Ensuring processing deadlines are met

Previous experience working in a varied customer service administration role would be beneficial.
