This is an exciting opportunity working as a Customer Service Administrator for an innovative company in Alton.
Your prime responsibility will be to support and process claims and liaising with customers on a daily basis, ensuring good customer service is delivered at all times. You will be able to showcase your multi-tasking skills coupled with your ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Answering and handling calls from customers and third parties
- Identifying and responding to customer needs
- Processing claims, updating databases and using internal systems
- Providing strong administrative support and problem solving
- Working closely with other departments regarding invoicing and billing
- Ensuring processing deadlines are met
