• Answering calls and managing requests
• Identifying customer needs
• Providing administrative assistance

• Communicating with other departments
• Maintaining customer satisfaction

Training provided, with ample opportunity to develop and progress.

Previous experience in insurance or claims would be beneficial.

This is on a temporary to permanent basis.
