Customer Service Administrator

Working in a brand-new team for an established business near Farnborough, you will play a pivotal role within the Customer Services team.

You will be acting as the ‘middleman’ between customer and client, answering queries and putting together packages suited to the customers requirements. This position will be predominantly via webchat and email but will evolve into a telephone-based position as well.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times. Ensuring all queries are answered quickly and efficiently.

The position will involve working some weekends and evenings and own transport is required due to location.

This is an exciting time to come onboard, taking ownership of your position and developing a career.

Please note this position will require working x2 weekends a month, however you will only be working 37.5 hours a week.
