An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Renewals Advisor to join a successful a well-established company.

Working within the sales department you will be working for the luxury brand industry providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You will be a professional proactive, commercially aware individual with excellent communication skills, ensuring customer feedback is communicated at all levels. The role will involve supporting the sales team with business development requirements, proactively pursuing sales leads.

Your varied day will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Handling inbound customer service and sales calls
  • Support Agents, Distributors and the Sales team
  • Feedback on the markets and progress to the wider team
  • Logging and updating all orders or queries

If you are a creative & “go getter” than this role could be for you!

Some flexibility will be required, attending and supporting at company events. You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Package with experience in Salesforce, (however this is not essential).
