As Customer Accounts Administrator you will manage important national accounts and contribute to the success of the company.
Within a friendly and supportive team your role will in include:
- Being the main point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Using excel to input information into the in-house system
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Setting up new accounts and updating records
- Working with suppliers to satisfy test certification requirements
- Ensuring smooth tunning of sample processes
- Liaising with other departments and retailers
- Completing a range of administration tasks
