Working as a Claims Administrator for a global organisation in Farnborough, you will be providing support to case managers, coordinator the successful delivery of services to clients.

As the Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for investigating/reviewing claims and advising customers on the status of their claim via telephone and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone and email correspondence with customers, brokers, suppliers
  • Complete eligibility verifications and identify discrepancies
  • Prioritise caseloads
  • Coordinate customer care and admissions
  • Investigate claims for possible fraud
  • Adheres to international privacy policies, practices and procedures
  • Strive to deliver consistently excellent customer service

To succeed in this role, you will have proven telephone based customer service experience working within an office based environment. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to organise and prioritise.
