Working as a Business Operations Administrator for an innovative company, you will be responsible for supporting the operations  office management team. This is a very busy, varied and hand on role with a heavy focus on inter departmental communications.

If you are seeking a role where you will be able to demonstrate your organisational skills, good time management abilities and proven experience working in a fast paced office position, then this is the ideal role for you.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Managing stock and inventories using their ERP system, including adjustments, transfers, orders and receipts
  • Conducting supplier administration
  • Filing critical documents
  • Assisting with administrative duties for Quality Management
  • Working as part of a team environment, supporting other areas of the business when required

You will have proven experience multi-tasking whilst paying close attention to details, working to deadlines and have a hands on knowledge of working with ERP systems.

Own transport is essential due to location. Free onsite parking.
