A friendly team in the heart of a hugely successful company are looking to recruit an enthusiastic administration assistant to assist within their modern offices.
With your proven administration experience, you will be a key part of the team.

Your busy day will include the following:
- Receiving and checking a large amount of data on a daily basis – checking the information is accurate and then entering onto the in house system
- Filling in V5 documents
- Emailing other branches
- Chasing information via telephone and email
- Inputting data onto the bespoke system and Excel spreadsheets
- Handling a high level of information daily
- Filing and office ‘upkeep’
- Organisation for the office
- General administration
Requirements for the role:
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous administration experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced office
- Strong telephone manner
- Personable demeanour
