A friendly team in the heart of a hugely successful company are looking to recruit an enthusiastic administration assistant to assist within their modern offices.

With your proven administration experience, you will be a key part of the team.

Your busy day will include the following:

  • Receiving and checking a large amount of data on a daily basis – checking the information is accurate and then entering onto the in house system
  • Filling in V5 documents
  • Emailing other branches
  • Scanning/filing/photocopying
  • Chasing information via telephone and email
  • Inputting data onto the bespoke system and Excel spreadsheets
  • Handling a high level of information daily
  • Filing and office ‘upkeep’
  • Organisation for the office
  • General administration

Requirements for the role:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced office
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Personable demeanour
