Working as a Finance Assistant for an expanding company in the heart of Farnham you will play a pivotal role within the department.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to adapt to bespoke systems.

You will be responsible for issuing sales invoices and building strong client relationships. This will be an opportunity where you will be able to apply your previous finance assistant experience coupled with your enjoyment in customer service.

Other daily responsibilities;

  • Generating invoices on behalf of clients
  • Issuing monthly payments of clients claims and rebates
  • Credit control
  • Communicating with customers via telephone and email
  • Managing the client portfolio in order to sustain client relationships
