A busy and expanding business in Farnham, are seeking a strong administrator with a keen eye for detail.
As the Warranty Administrator, you will be supporting the Warranty team in the day to day running of the department.
You will be heavily involved with communicating between internal departments and customers, ensuring that all information/details on the system are correct.
Own transport required due to location.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be able to showcase your proven administration experience, good attention to detail and hands on approach.
- To monitor and process claim requirements via email
- To monitor and process the status of recalls
- To review and cost claims for depots
- Carry out credits for paid claims
- Chase up supplier invoices for completed repairs
- Liaise with engineers to ensure information is provided in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all outstanding claims are chased where applicable
- Input detailed information
- Answer all communication in a prompt and thorough manner
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
