Working as an Administrator for a national organisation in their Bedford office, your primary focus will be around remarketing and inventory management.
As an Administrator, you will be managing data and process flows in large volume and using bespoke internal systems. Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.
- Complete various administrative tasks, following business processes
- Updating in-house systems in accordance with business requirements
- Providing information on item specifications, guide price valuations and service history
- Create and maintain pre and post-sale reports
- Answer and respond to emails and telephone enquiries from internal and external customers
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience working as an administrator in a fast paced environment
