Your role as an Administrator will include:
- Inputting client information on the CRM system
- File preparation for meetings
- Completing relevant forms/documents and sending them to clients
- Taking telephone calls and assisting with queries
- Updating client records on CRM
- Undertaking research administration for projects
- Sending electronic payment details to clients
- Being acutely aware of client confidential information
- 2 years + Administration experience
- A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure when necessary
- Analytical background
- Open to change/new ideas
