Your role as an Administrator will include:

  • Inputting client information on the CRM system
  • File preparation for meetings
  • Completing relevant forms/documents and sending them to clients
  • Taking telephone calls and assisting with queries
  • Updating client records on CRM
  • Undertaking research administration for projects
  • Sending electronic payment details to clients
  • Being acutely aware of client confidential information

Essential Requirements:

  • 2 years + Administration experience
  • A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure when necessary
  • Analytical background
  • Open to change/new ideas
