Accounts Assistant

You will be working as an Accounts Assistant within a friendly and supportive team.

Our client are seeking an individual with excellent attention to detail and experience working within a financial office environment, to join the team as an Accounts Assistant.

Your responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant will include:

· Processing daily invoices and credit notes

· Revenue analysis

· Assisting the customer services team with invoice enquires

· Daily processing of all bank receipts

· Import/export documentation analysis (VAT)

· Customer portal access and data retrieval

· Distribution of monthly customer statements

· Weekly supplier payments

· Purchase invoice processing

· Employee expenses

· Petty cash processing

You will have the flexibility to work full time or part-time, Monday-Friday.

9am-5pm on a Full-Time basis and 9:30am-2:30pm, Part-Time.
