Here at On Track Recruitment Services, we understand that it can be very difficult to find your ideal job, and that consequently remaining motivated is not always an easy task.

We also know that a little inspiration can go a long way in combating job search frustration, and so our Farnham-based Recruitment team has put together a list of our ten favourite motivational quotes to inspire anyone looking for a job.

  1. “One important key to success is self-confidence. An important key to self-confidence is preparation.” – Arthur Ashe
  2. “Big jobs usually go to the men who prove their ability to outgrow small ones.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
  3. “When you leave college, there are thousands of people out there with the same degree you have; when you get a job, there will be thousands of people doing what you want to do for a living. But you are the only person alive who has sole custody of your life.” – Anna Quindlen
  4. “Believe you can and you’re half way there.” – Theodore Roosevelt
  5. “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.” – Dr. Seuss
  6. “If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.” – Milton Berle
  7. “It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop.” – Confucius
  8. “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.” – Zig Ziglar
  9. “Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.” – Will Rogers
  10. “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”– Wayne Gretzky

After a few months (and a lot of work!) in the making, the On Track Recruitment team is thrilled to announce the launch of our new website and accompanying blog.

About the website

We hope you like the fresh new look of the website as much as we do – particularly as it was designed to reflect our modern, professional, yet fun and individual approach to recruitment services.

Whilst we have a brand new website, we haven’t lost sight of our core values, and our experienced team is still dedicated to providing local recruitment and training solutions to our clients and candidates across Surrey and Hampshire.

We wanted a new website design to represent the evolution of On Track Recruitment, and to maximise the user experience by making it particularly easy to navigate. This will allow you to fulfil your recruitment needs wherever you are, as the new site is compatible with smart phones and tablets.

Feel free to explore the site, maybe bookmark it, and perhaps even let us know what you think of our redesign.

About the blog

From now on, we will be using this blog to share our thoughts on local and industry-wide market trends, to update you on relevant news, to provide jobseeker tips/hints, and to keep you updated with everything happening at On Track itself.

We will be updating the blog regularly, so do keep checking back for our next update – we look forward to sharing it with you.

We would like to thank our loyal clients and candidates who we have had the privilege of assisting with their recruitment and training needs since we set up in Farnham 20 years ago. We look forward to continuing to work in partnership with all our local companies and candidates.

Please take a moment to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn if you want to hear even more about all of our latest job opportunities, news, and advice.
