If you have experience of working in marketing focusing on social media campaigns then this is the role for you!
You will be responsible for developing, owning and delivering the companies social media and content strategy, developing their social media platforms and working with all colleagues across the company to improve their online presence.
Our client will ideally want someone who is creative and enthusiastic individual who has excellent storytelling and copy writing skills; a passion for driving customer acquisition, loyalty, conversion and brand equity.
Work with Head of Marketing to create and develop an overarching social media strategy with commercial objectives to reach lead generation target
Develop social media channels with techniques to engage our audiences, increase brand awareness and build an engaged community of followers
Create regular, innovative and engaging social media content that engages directly with the core demographic of each social media channel
Drive the social media content calendar and ensure this ties in with brand-wide activity and strategy
Own the analytics for all social platforms inside out; be able to analyse and build on successes and learning’s to improve social media performance
Provide insights and reporting on social media effectiveness and ROI using data to evaluate end-to-end customer experience (i.e. across multiple landing pages, Ad networks and customer touch points) and provide recommendation for improvements
This role will require a pro-active and hands-on approach, with collaborative working with a number of departments and key business stakeholders across the business.
Responsible for social media monitoring, assigning interactions to the appropriate staff in our Customer Service team
Hours of Work
Working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Thurs) and 8.30am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (Fri)
