You will work closely with the wider Marketing & Ecommerce department, in particular supporting the Ecommerce Manager to deliver the digital strategy for the Group which will drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition and loyalty, and increase customer engagement.
You will be an expert in understanding where and how to generate digital insights; with an excellent understanding of digital tools the role will involve the development of plans, sharing of techniques and tools, and engagement of key stakeholders across the business to embed new digital insight techniques to help drive and support the growth of the company.
You will support the Ecommerce Manager in setting out and managing a long term and comprehensive digital development plan for the Group
Engage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting our new digital strategy and bringing to life our vision and approach
Develop, implement and drive digital campaign strategies that are insightful, innovative, effective and fully integrated with the digital development strategy and broader communications plans
Work with the Campaign Specialist to drive campaign management and activation of digital channels, with a focus on PPC/SEM/SEP/SEO/Video and Social campaigns, as well as involvement in other channels such as paid search, social, remarketing and other emerging technologies
Support the Ecommerce Manager and Social Media & Content Specialist with web content strategies and ongoing updates to the websites, including copy and content to keep the experience fresh, engaging and relevant.
– At least 3 years’ experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing role in both a B2B and B2C environment
– Deep technical knowledge Google Adwords/Analytics
– Practical experience of using digital tools such as Zendesk, Sentiment, Sprinklr, etc.
– Hands-on experience of PPC/SEM/SEP/SEO/Video and Social campaigns as well as involvement in other channels such as paid social, remarketing and other emerging technologies
– Good working knowledge of most digital platforms and disciplines from search to mobile
– Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Thurs) and 8.30am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (Fri)
